Refund Policy

1. Registration Fee

The player registration fee is ₹999 (incl. GST). This fee covers trial administration and is separate from any team-specific costs communicated after selection.

2. Cancellation by Player

Players who withdraw their registration before trials are held may request a refund by contacting us via the Contact page. Requests made after trials have taken place are not eligible for a refund.

3. Cancellation by the League

If 3 Eye Arts & Event cancels a trial or the season for reasons within its control, registered players will receive a full refund of the registration fee.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
